1. Scope
These terms and conditions (the „Terms“) apply to all requests initiated via the contact form on this website and to any services arising from them provided by Justus Langowsky (the „Provider“). Deviating conditions of the requesting party do not become part of the contract unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Subject matter
The subject matter consists of individually agreed services in the areas of strategy, design and software development. The content and scope of the services follow from the respective separate agreement between the parties.
3. Request and conclusion of contract
Submitting the contact form constitutes a non-binding request and does not give rise to any claim to the provision of services. A contract is concluded only upon an express order confirmation by the Provider or by the commencement of the provision of services.
4. Duties to cooperate
The client shall provide the Provider with all information, access and materials required for the provision of services in good time and in full. Delays resulting from a failure to do so are not attributable to the Provider.
5. Remuneration and payment
Remuneration is governed by the individual agreement. All prices are subject to the applicable statutory VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment without deduction within 14 days of receipt.
6. Rights of use
Rights of use in the delivered work results are granted only upon full payment of the agreed remuneration, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under the Product Liability Act. In the case of ordinary negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
