Open-source review skills for Claude and ChatGPT.
In 45 seconds
Review anything Claude makes.
The idea
Comment where it is.
Giving feedback on AI-generated work in a chat is clumsy: “the second button in the hero, a bit darker, and on mobile the headline wraps badly”.
Patchbook puts a review page next to every piece of work. You point at the exact spot, write one line, and Claude works through every patch.
Six review skills
One review page for every kind of work.
Website & app
Pin patches on real elements, across breakpoints and devices.
Image & PDF
Click for a point, drag for an area, zoom and pan.
Audio & video
Comment on a moment or a range on the timeline.
Screenshots
Paste, drop or attach images to any patch.

How a review goes
Comment, then “work through the patches”.
Claude builds the work and publishes the review page. You leave your patches, then say “work through the patches”: Claude reads each one, looks at every screenshot, publishes the next version and closes every patch with a one-line note.
